A method of the production for the title compds. (I)[R1= halogen atoms or methyl; R2=alkyl comprises; (a) dissolving 19.85g of 4- chloro-3-methyl-2-imine-benzothiazole in 20ml of dimethylformamide; (b) adding 3.80g of P-toluene sulfonic acid and 1.8ml of water to the mixture having dimethylformamide; (c) adding 37.84g of dimethylsulfate to the upper mixture and heating at 153≦̸C for 10hrs; (d) extracting the mixture with 100ml of ethylacetate and neutralizing a saturated aqueous soln. of sodium bicarbonate.
