The invention relates to a pipe screw-connection having annular collars fastened on opposite pipe ends, having a sleeve at one pipe end and having a union nut at the other pipe end, on which nut a bearing surface in the form of an annular shoulder is formed and which, engaging over the two annular collars, is screwed onto the sleeve and exhibits an annular shoulder as a bearing surface for the rear side of the annular collar at the same pipe end. The sleeve can be displaced axially, by a tongue-and-groove connection, as far as the annular collar on one pipe end, but is arranged non-rotatably on one pipe end. The invention is characterised in that the tongue-and-groove connection is formed by the engagement of a pin, a screw or a ball into a cutout in the sleeve or in the circumference of the pipe piece fitted onto one pipe end and an axial groove in the respectively other part, and in that sealing rings are inserted into annular grooves in the external-circumference surfaces of the annular collars, and in that, when the union nut is screwed fully onto the sleeve, an axial gap remains between the opposite annular collars. <IMAGE>
