A container for separate storage and subsequent mixing especially of liquid constituents has compartments 16 and 17, which are each designed for the storage of a constituent, and which, when the constituents are to be mixed, are connected to one another. In order to facilitate mixing of the constituents by merely shaking the container, this is made from a hard material, preferably plastic. In addition it contains at least one externally actuatable perforating device 10 and the internal compartment 16 and 17 thereof are separated from one another by a dividing wall 6, which is designed to be perforatable by the associated perforating device 10, when this is actuated.
