PURPOSE:To obtain a lithium ion conductive solid electrolyte having high ion conductivity and decomposition voltage, high stability to lithium, and easily thin film forming capability by forming an addition compound of LiBF4 and 1,2-dimethoxyethane in a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:LiBF4 and 1,2-dimethoxyethane forms an addition compound in a solvation form, and the addition compound becomes a solid in a specific ratio and its ion conductivity is high. The addition compound of 24-44mol% LiBF4 and 76-56mol% 1,2-dimethoxyethane is a solid at 25 deg.C. The addition compound comprising about 33.3mol% LiBF4 and about 66.7mol% 1,2- dimethoxyethane has the highest melting point of 35 deg.C, and the reactivity of 1,2-dimethoxyethane with lithium is lowest and is most preferable. A lithium ion conductive solid electrolye having high stability to lithium, high ion conductivity and decomposition voltage, and easily thin film forming capability is obtained. |
