PURPOSE: To obtain a device for assaying a solid phase that can be used easily by laminating a porous support body where a binder is adhered, a flow adjustment layer, and an absorption layer. CONSTITUTION: A porous support body 11 where for example an antibody for an object to be assayed is adsorbed as a binder, a flow adjustment layer such as a porous polycarbonate film, a spacer layer 13 made of for example a nonwoven web, and an absorption layer 14 such as a cellulose absorption pad are installed in a container made of a base part 15 and a lid 16. A liquid sampled is dripped in a test region 18 of a device and a tracer made of an antibody for an antigen to be assayed and a visible granular labeled substance is dripped. Then, a washing liquid is dripped to the test region 18, thus determining an object to be assayed according to the development of color at the test region.
