PURPOSE:To obtain a photopolymerizable compsn. having a high sensitivity by using a polymer contg. a compd. having at least one ethylenic unsatd. double bonds which can be addition-polymerized and a carboxyl group which causes decarbonation by exposing in the presence or absence of a sensitizing agent. CONSTITUTION:The compd. having at least one ethylenic unsatd. double bonds which can be addition-polymerized and the carboxyl group which causes decarbonation by exposing in the presence or absence of the sensitizing agent are incorporated into the polymer. The polymer contg. the carboxyl group is expressed by formula I. This group is combined to the main chain of the polymer via or without via a combination group Z. In formula, X signifies sulfur, oxygen, single bond, >C=W or >N-U; W signifies oxygen, sulfur; U signify an aryl group, alkyl group, hydrogen group which may have a substituent. Y signifies a divalent heterocycle such as alkylene which may have a substituent. (k), (l) are 0 or 1. The photopolymerizable compsn. having the high sensitivity is obtd. by constituting the compsn. in such a manner. |
