PURPOSE:To make a hole in a prescribed position of a printed-circuit board with high accuracy by a method wherein a component-mounting hole and a through hole are made simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:During a process 1 for making holes a component-mounting hole 6 and a through hole 7 are made simultaneously in prescribed positions of a printed-circuit board 5 by using a proprietary drilling machine; then, during a process 11 for forming a resist, a plating resist pattern 12 formed during a designing operation is pasted on both faces of the printed-circuit board 5. By this setup, a space whose diameter is larger than that of a component- mounting hole is formed on the surface of the component-mounting hole 6; a plating resist is coated on the space; after that, the resist pattern 12 is removed; a plating resist film 13 is formed on the component-mounting hole 6. After that, during a plating process 2, an electroplating operation is executed on both faces of the printed-circuit board 5 and inside a through hole 7; wide- area conductor patterns 8 are formed by avoiding the component-mounting hole 6; a through-hole conductor 9 connecting the wide-area conductor patterns 8 on both faces is formed. |
