PURPOSE:To lower a total cost by simplifying a working processing process and furthermore, to prevent an adverse effect due to the aggravation of the posture of a magnetic head by a head cable by placing the pattern of the head cable on the surface of a gimbal spring, and integrating both components. CONSTITUTION:The title device is constituted in such a way that the pattern 2 of the head cable is placed on the surface of the gimbal spring 1 and both components are integrated. In other words, the wiring pattern 2 which fulfills the role of the head cable to connect a head core such as a recording ad reproducing head core or an erasing head core, etc., to a floppy disk drive main body is integrated with the gimbal spring 1 via a tape, a film, and an insulating material such as a coating agent, etc. In such a way, it is possible to omit the bonding process of the gimbal spring with the head cable, and also, to prevent the posture of the magnetic head from being aggravated by the head cable. |
