PURPOSE:To eliminate the necessity for changing the position of a tension pulley in changing twisting direction, by providing a spindle driving belt wound around plural spindle shafts and tin pulley and installing a pair of tension pulleys in a specific state. CONSTITUTION:A pair of tension pulleys 17 and 18 are provided at positions on the inlet and outlet sides of a driving belt 14 to a tin pulley 13 in an urged state in the direction of mutual approach. Respective tension pulley supporting members 15 and 16 are provided with stoppers 20 and 21 so as not to separate the tension pulleys supported thereby from the tin pulley to a given extent or more. |
