Fire resistant roof and wall constructions and prefabricated panels (10) therefor, consisting of an outer sheet (13) of a fire resistant material, an inner layer of concrete (15) and a layer of fire-resistant, insulating material (16). The panels (10) are placed respectively upon the outside surface of a roof or wall construction (12) and are closely interconnected by welding, gluing or the like of the outer sheets (13).
