PURPOSE:To enhance the treating efficiency by removing excavated earth from drilling mud by a precipitation classifier, conveying the earth by a dehydrating conveyer with the aid of vibration and water spray, discharging the fine sand introduced into a settling tank by a sand pump, and dehydrating the sand. CONSTITUTION:The drilling mud conveyed from a drilling machine 1 with mixed excavated earth is charged into a precipitation classifier 2, and separated into the earth and sand and the drilling mud. The earth and sand discharged from the classifier 2 is dehydrated by the dehydrating conveyer 3 while being sprayed with water, vibrated, and washed, hence fine sand is removed from the earth and sand, and the good-quality earth and sand for an aggregate is obtained and discharged from a terminal 12. Meanwhile, the drilling mud discharged respectively from the classifier 2 and the dehydrating conveyer 3 is charged into the settling tank 4, and the settled fine sand is supplied to a dehydrator 6 by the sand pump 5 and dehydrated. The supernatant water is sent a sp.gr. regulating tank 7, and added with the drilling mud from a drilling mud preparing tank 8 to regulate its sp.gr., and then sent to the drilling machine 1. |
