PURPOSE:To position accurately a cassette for loading, by providing the loading reference surface of a magnetic disk cassette on the base side of a device. CONSTITUTION:The loading reference surface when the cassette 5 is loaded is formed on the side of a base 6. Namely, a pin 21 and props 89 and 90 are stood on the base 6. The pin 21 is used to fit a printed board an also for posi- tioning by fitting its projection 21b in the small hole 82c of a cassette half 82. Projecting pieces 89b and 90b are formed at the outsides of upper end edges of the props 89 and 90 to position the outside edges 5c and 5d of the cassette 5. When the cassette 5 is lowered toward the base 6 together with a holder, the cassette 5 is supported securely on the reference surface with the pin 21 and props 89 and 90, and positioned accurately by the projection 21b and projecting pieces 89b and 90b. |
