PURPOSE:To continuously supply the materials to be mixed with a precise mixing ratio by preliminarily mixing the materials in a specified mixing ratio which are sent out through each sending-out means from plural storage hoppers and measuring hoppers through a 1st mixer, and controlling the discharge from a 2nd mixer so as to be allowed to discharge continuously. CONSTITUTION:Materials A-C stored in the hoppers 21-23 are sent out to the measuring hoppers 27-29 from, for instance, electromagnetic vibration feeders 24-26 with the sending-out velocity corresponding to a specified mixing ratio. Feeders 30-32 are started to be driven from the upstream side in order according to the requirement of the downstream equipments, and the materials are discharged on a belt conveyer 33 with the discharge velocity corresponding to the mixing ratio and supplied to a premixer 34 to be preliminarily mixed. This premixed material is supplied to a mixer 37 of rear stage through a feeder 36 while measuring the weight by a weight detecting means 35 so that the material is continuously supplied to a kneader 38 from the mixer 37 by securing such a controlled state that the material is always supplied in the range between the level detectors 39, 40. |
