PURPOSE:To swiftly carry out a fine quantity value ratio mixing and microscopically uniform dispersion by spraying the powdery material with air to hit a plane surface and widely dispersing and mixing the powdery material in the air by the impact flow and the turbulent flow generated by the collision. CONSTITUTION:Powdery material PABC1 consisting of plural kinds of particles mixed in the previous process is ejected to the downward direction into a semihermetical funnel type vessel 1 from the jet opening 3 of an air ejector 2 installed on the upper part of vessel. The jet flow PS1 collides against the plane surface of a collision plate 4 provided downwards, and the reflection flow PS2 generated thereby disperses upwards in the funnel type vessel 1, and the turbulent flow PS3 generated by the reflection flow PS2 mixes the powdery material in the lower part. The obtained aerosol PABC2 consisting of uniformly mixed fine particles is pushed by the following air spray and is taken out from the straight tube part 5 in the lower part of vessel 1 to be introduced to a gas-powder separator. |
