PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a coating layer that is hardly releasable from the surface of peal parts by forming the real parts by applying cut working to a plate material made of cement to form the real parts and coating the surface of the real parts with a sealant, while it is sucked from the back face of the real parts. SOLUTION: A cement material is prepared by dispersion-mixing a mixed material from, for example, cement, blast furnace water-granulated slag and a reinforcing fiber, for example, pulp, the material is paper-made into a flat plate, and the formed product is hardened by aging to give a plate material 3. The resultant plate material 3 is cut from its front face to form real parts 1. The plate is sucked from the back face 9 side, a sealant is applied to the surface 7 of the real faces and the whole surface of the plate material using a sealer 12 and a sprayer 11. In a preferred embodiment, the application quantity is 100-200 g/m2, and the degree of vacuum is 10-500 mmHg for two or more seconds. In addition, the plate material is coated with a finishing material, dried and baked to form an inorganic plate. Since the permeability of the sealant into the real parts is increased by the vacuum sucking, a coating layer hardly releasable can be formed.
