PURPOSE:To reduce a load on an operator, by allowing a data communication control program provided to a center system to perform activation when some of application programs to be transferred are low in frequency of communication and unnecessary. CONSTITUTION:The center system 1 which performs on-line processing with plural terminal equipments 2-i has the data communication program 3, a general resident JOB4, and a temporary JOB6. When a transaction is sent from a terminal equipment 2-i, the control program 3 decides on which application program APP it is sent to. When the determined APP is already activated, data is passed to the APP5 and when not, a start command is generated to pass the processing to an APP control program ACP and a desired APP7 is activated. Then, the data is transferred to the APP7. Thus, APPs with low frequencies of communication are not activated in advance to reduce the load on the operator. |
