摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To cool each heating element with refrigerant of specified temperature by controlling the flow rate of refrigerant automatically by means of a temperature control throttle valve inserted into the forward end of each branch pipe being supplied with refrigerant. CONSTITUTION: When temperature raised refrigerant passes through a temperature control throttle valve, wax 52 encapsulated in a wax thermostat 51 expands to push a piston 53 to the right thus shifting a cone 54 to the right. Since the temperature control throttle valve is opened, a large volume of refrigerant flows and the temperature thereof drops. When low temperature refrigerant passes through the temperature control throttle valve, the wax 52 contracts to throttle the valve. Consequently, flow rate of refrigerant decreases and the temperature thereof increases. Even if the flow resistances of branch pipes 3a, 3b, 3c and 3d and the heat generation rate of heating elements 4a, 4b, 4c and 4d are not arranged, the temperature control throttle valve controls respective flow rates to sustain the refrigerant within a specified temperature range.</p>
