<p>PURPOSE:To establish the positioning of a solid-state scan type optical head with inexpensive components by bringing a pair of rolls rotatably attached to a pair of supporting plates secured to both ends of the head into contact with the end of a medium to be exposed out of a region to be exposed. CONSTITUTION:Four rolls 2a1, 2a2, 2b1, 2b2 are so rotatably secured to supporting plates 5a, 5b that a distance from a light emitting unit 7 on an optical head 3 and the surface to be exposed of a medium 1 to be exposed and an angle theta formed between an optical axis 9 and the tangential line of the medium 1 to be exposed respectively become predetermined values. Thus, as long as the four rolls 2a1, 2a2, 2b1, 2b2 pressed to the medium 1 to be exposed are brought into contact with the ends of the medium 1 to be exposed, the parallelism of the unit 7 of the head 3 to an axis 11, the inclining angle theta of the optical axis and the length 8 of the optical passage are obtained at predetermined values.</p> |
