METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR FORMING SEARCHING COMMAND

PURPOSE: To form a compound collation statement by an operator by successively generating plural 1st-3rd prompt windows functionally related to the 1st-3rd elements of close and recording responses to the 1st-3rd prompt windows. CONSTITUTION: In the case of certain close, the sequence of prompt screen/ operator response is composed of the sequential display of plural prompt screens and the recording of responses so that every close can be defined. The selection item of any valid response or a responding instruction to be displayed in the screen automatically appears and changes as the function of response to the preceding window. When the operator completes requested responses to all the prompt screens related to certain close, in order to request information for defining the next close, the prompt screens more than one are automatically displayed. Thus, the operator can input the suitable and non-listed response through keying based on the instruction applied in the screen.
