PURPOSE:To rapidly extract and analyze a component of agricultural chemicals, by selectively extracting the component of the agricultural chemicals by a supercritical fluid to introduce the same into a chromatography apparatus while holding a supercritical state. CONSTITUTION:At first, a specimen becoming an object is brought to a supercritical state to be extracted with carbon dioxide. Next, the fluid containing the obtained extract is introduced into a chromatography apparatus while the supercritical state is held to extract and analyze a component of agricultural chemicals. A column to be used is set to one withstanding high pressure necessary for developing the supercritical state and the extraction/ analysis method is a usual method. Therefore, an extraction condition can be investigated on-line and, as new separation and analysis, the labor saving, simplification and acceleration of the pretreatment of the specimen and the transfer operation to analysis can be attained. |
