<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the blisters or pin holes causing rust, while no air bubbles remain in the gap between each fiber of a resin sheet by using the structure in which the resin sheet stuck onto a metallic sheet is buried in a thermoplastic sheet. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic sheet is stuck onto the surface of a metallic sheet which is coated with an adhesive and is dried, and a fiber sheet is almost buried under pressure in the thermoplastic sheet melted under heating. A weathering resistant resin film is stuck to said plastic sheet under heating and pressuring, or it is coated with a weathering resistant coating and is cured. Then, on these film layers or on the surface of the coated layer, an emboss pattern is formed. As the thermoplastic sheet, e.g., the sheet of the synthetic resin such as soft vinyl chloride resin, ethylene, polypropylene and polyester, etc. or synthetic rubber, is used. The thermoplastic sheet has the thickness (generally about 80-150mu) into which the fiber sheet may be almost buried.</p> |
