PURPOSE: To prevent formation of bubbles in an injection pump by connecting a grip case with an injection pump arranged inside it to a two-stroke engine via a connecting member with flexibility. CONSTITUTION: A handheld portable tool comprising a pneumatically actuated injection pump 5 for fuel injection, intake pipes 11, 34 for combustion air and a grip case 2 supported substantially without vibration for carrying and manipulating the tool is driven by a two-stroke engine 1 and manipulated by hand. The injection pump 5 is arranged in the grip case 2 separately from the engine 1, and connected to the engine 1 via the intake pipe 11 with flexibility. Thus, it is possible to prevent the injection pump 5 from engine vibration sufficiently, and obstructs the heat transfer from the engine 1 to the injection pump 5. Therefore formation of bubbles in the injection pump 5 can be obviated. |
