<p>PURPOSE:To save labors for work at an altitude and promote the safety of the work by providing a coupler at one end of a wire tying clamp and linking a sheave to the coupler by use of a wire tie tool for holding the coupler. CONSTITUTION:A wire tying clamp 4 comprises a clamp body 1 and a strap 2 composed of tow plates linked at one end thereof to the strap 2 via a coupling point 8, and a coupler 3 is sandwiched between the tow plates at the other end thereof. A wire tie tool 5 having a strap coupling hole 6 and a sheave coupling hole 7 at the respective ends thereof is so constructed that it can embrace the mounting portion of the strap 2 and coupled to the middle of the strap 2. A wire 11 is tensioned by pulling a rope 15 stretched across two sheaves 14. As a result, since the coupler 3 located in the vicinity of the end of the strap 2 can be brought to the neighborhood of a strain insulator 13 by pulling the rope 15, the tying work between the coupler 3 and the strain insulator 13 becomes easy.</p> |
