PURPOSE:To enable the title method to mitigate a quality difference in raw materials, by measuring and mixing up the whole raw materials each other under a state of slurry by making use of moderate Portland cement, in vapor curing light weight cellular concrete ALC. CONSTITUTION:After measurement by making moderate heat Portland cement, lime and siliceous raw materials each into slurry separately, a process is repeated and the raw materials are loaded into a raw material mixer along with the slurry at the same time for mixture. In the case where industrial water of the normal temperature is used, a slurry temperature becomes 35 deg.C or lower and an appropriate semi-cure state is obtained even if the cement is kept for 10 hours by making use of the moderate heat Portland cement. Quantities of additive water are made respectively 40 pts.wt. or more per 100 pts.wt. cement in cement slurry, 50 pts.wt. or more per 100 pts.wt. calcined lime in lime slurry and 30 pts.wt. or more per 100 pts.wt. siliceous raw materials. Then an agitating period of time of slurry each within the mixer is performed for 30 seconds or longer at weak agitation of about 60 rpm. |
