An integrator 211 time- integrates it, a multiplier 212 calculates voltage commands vds, vqs to obtain a magnetic flux energy. Thus, an influence of a variation in the primary winding resistance is eliminated. A magnetic flux controller 24 generates a magnetic flux correction coefficient K regarding the secondary winding resistance from the magnetic flux energy and a magnetic flux command psidr. Thus, the influence of the variation in the secondary winding resistance is removed.
