When the temperature range in this process is the melting point of Li or below, Li is solidified, and both materials can not be mixed. When it is the melting point of the fused salt electrolyte or above, the fused salt electrolyte is liquefied and can not be separated and uniformly mixed. The mixture is then cooled and solidified, formed into a sheet, punch-machined, and inserted into a metal cup. The utilization factor of a negative electrode active material is increased, and the discharge sustaining time can be extended.
