PURPOSE:To enable an air conditioning phase to be varied by 180 deg. by a method wherein a rotary coupling, a pipe having a rotary plug and a wiring cord are passed through another pipe at a central part of a rotary panel to an air conditioner and a bellows or a door which is automatically opened or closed every time it is rotated is provided. CONSTITUTION:When a rotary panel 4 storing an air conditioning equipment therein is swiveled, curves at four corners act as a cam, a fine pipe 15 at an extremity end of a bellows 11 pushes open the bellows 11 not to prevent the swiveling and when it is rotated by 180 deg., the pipe 15 is stored at the curve under action of a spring 14. In turn, during its rotating operation, a rotary coupler stored in a hollow pipe rotating shaft 3 is operated and then a transmittance and a draining of coolant are carried out without any trouble. A wiring cord 8 may not prevent a rotating operation under an action of the connected rotary plug. In this way, it is possible to vary an air conditioning phase by 180 deg.. |
