PURPOSE:To enable even the shielding of the working face just after working by providing the notch groove flowing out an auxiliary gas in the reverse direction to working direction by continuing to the opening part of the nozzle injecting the auxiliary gas composing a torch. CONSTITUTION:A notch groove 12 is provided in the direction reverse to the working direction by continuing to the opening part 9 of a nozzle 8 on a nozzle main body 11. The laser light 2 incident on a work head 4 is condensed by the condensing lens 5 provided in the head 4, projecting the work face of the body 10 to be worked. On the other hand an auxiliary gas is circulated inside the head 4 from a feeding port 6 and injected from the opening part 9 of the nozzle 8. The auxiliary gas is simultaneously circulated in the space with the body 10 to be worked of the lower part thereof along the notch groove 12 after injecting on the work face of the laser light 2 by the notch groove 12 continuously provided on the opening part 9. Consequently the surface of the body 10 to be worked just after working can be shielded from the outside air by the auxiliary gas and the oxidation can be prevented. |
