PURPOSE:To obtain the titled portable food having excellent functionality and simplicity and well-balanced calorie and nutrition, by adding vitamins, minerals, etc., to a vegetable protein, heat-treating the resultant blend and filling the heat-treated blend in a container. CONSTITUTION:The aimed food, obtained by (A) reconstituting a meaty tissual.granular soybean protein with warm water in an amount of preferably 10 times based on the protein, drawing water with a centrifuge, etc., then thermally cooking the protein by frying, etc., adding (B) vitamins and minerals, thermally sterilizing the resultant blend in, e.g. a retortable punch, and hermetically sealing the pouch and providing 200-300kcal energy quantity, 20g protein content and vitamins and minerals in an amount of 1/3 based on that required a day. |
