PURPOSE:To contrive not to hurt tissue, by a method wherein an annular member is connected to a main body tube in a manner that the exposed part of a rigidity imparting body may be positioned at the connection of the main body tube and the annular member, or at the inside of the annular member facing the connection. CONSTITUTION:A tube main body 15 is formed of a thermoplastic resin, a core metal 10 is inserted therein. While a metal wire of a rigidity imparting body 2 is being wound round the outer periphery of the tube body 15, it is inserted in a heated die 12. The tube 15 is cut off to form a main tube 1. A core bar 5 is inserted in the main body tube 1, an annular member 4 formed of a thermoplastic resin is outserted onto the care bar 5 to be thrust to the tip of the main body tube 1, then it is inserted in a heat treatment mold 6, which is heated; the main body tube 1 is lightly thrust in the tip direction, then the annular member 4 and the tip of the main body tube 1 come into a molten state to be welded. The heat treatment mold 6 is cooled, the tube is taken out, and the core bar 5 is drawn out of the main body tube 1. |
