A depilatory compsn. comprises a supersatd. soln. of sugar in water, contg. citric acid and honey, esp. 1l of water, 2250-2750 g of sugar, 50-70 g of citric acid and 100-150 g of honey. ADVANTAGE - Thehe compsn. is effective but does not irritate the skin, does not cause allergies, has a pleasant smell, and is non-polluting. The depilatory effect is relatively long-lasting, reduces hair growth, and gives a smooth skin.
