PURPOSE:To enable display of the positional relation among the structure of an in vivo radiation source, organs, body contour, and so forth, by inputting an X-ray film image to the system as a digital image, and by displaying the projected image of an obtained three-dimensional isodose distribution curve and the image of an isodose distribution curve in the corresponding arbitrary lane in superposition on the X-ray film. CONSTITUTION:An artificial radiation source inserted in the body is traced by scanner 5 as an in vivo radiation source structure from input front and side images of an X-ray film, and identified as three-dimensional structure information by three-dimensional coordinates processor 6. The identified radiation source structure is calculated by dose distribution operator 7 which form of the distribution of in vivo radiation dose it shows on irradiation. Distributions of fluoroscopic dose to the front and side images of a three-dimensional distribution of in vivo radiation are generated from an obtained dose value and superposed on front and side images of each X-ray film by image superposer 8. Dose distribution operator 7 determines the dose distribution of an arbitrary plane and displays it on display 4. |
