PURPOSE:To position and fix in place a rotary body, into which a shaft is inserted, without impairing the strength of the cylindrical shaft and without taking trouble of machining by inserting the tip of the first arm piece of an E-ring, which is positioned with respect to the cylindrical shaft, into a recessed part provided on the rotary body. CONSTITUTION:An inner arm-piece 24a of an E-ring for a pipe shaft is inserted first into a hole 21a of a shaft 21, while an outer, arc-shaped arm-piece 24b is pushed toward the shaft 21 side. Then the arm-piece 24 is deformed so as to hold the shaft 21 tightly from both sides, thereby preventing the shaft 21 from moving in the axial direction. Next, a driving roller 25 is put around the shaft 21. Then, a circle-shape-side arm-piece 27a of a deformed E-ring 27 is inserted into a hole 21a of the shaft 21, which is situated on the recessed part 25a, and, at the same time, outer, arm-shaped arm-pieces 27b are pushed against the shaft 21. As a result, the arm-pieces are deformed so as to hold tight and fix the shaft 21 in the same manner as the above. After this, a folded part 27d is inserted into the recessed part 25a of a driving roller 25, thereby fixing the driving roller 25 onto the shaft 21 at the position as desired. |
