PURPOSE:To maintain an accurate location as well as to aim at a sharp reduction in manhour by expanding a rubber band with plural number of pieces of touch probes set up in a hand part, making one touch probe go down as rotating it, and locating this rubber band on the circumferential surface of a paper feed roller. CONSTITUTION:When plural number of pieces of touch proves 15a-15d are reached to an upper specified position and inserted into a rubber band 16, they are held in a state that an inner diameter of the rubber band 16 is expanded as far as more than an outer diameter of a paper feed roller 17. Next, these proves travel up to an upper position of the paper feed roller 17 and go down up to the specified position, and thereby the rubber band 16 is fitted in an outer circumferential surface of the paper feed roller 17. Then, after leaving one feeler 15a behind, when other probes are lifted up, drawn out of the rubber band 16, and the feeler 15a are lowered as rotating the whole hand part, the rubber band 16 can be rolled on a fixed position on the circumferential surface of the paper feed roller 16. Thus, the rubber band 16 is accurately located in position, and can be automated and, what is more, manhour for winding work for the rubber band 16 is abatable. |
