METHOD FOR POSITIONING PART WITH THE AID OF TWO HOLES AND PLANE

SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of placing blank basic holes on mounting members of attachment; fixing blank by applying effort normal relative to basic plane of blank and forcing blank to mounting plane of attachment; using as mounting members of attachment spherical surfaces of two spring-loaded balls whose diameters are more than those of basic holes of blank; selecting non-equal compression efforts of springs in such a way that each selected effort exceeds that provided by mass of blank; setting distance between centers of balls more than distance between centers of basic holes of blank. Method provides enhanced accuracy of positioning blank and decreased cost of its working due to less strict demands to accuracy of basic holes and due to use of the same mounting members of attachments at working parts having basic holes at wide range of diameters of said holes.
