The handles are movably mounted to enable one to change its position from 70 deg to the position coaxial with the casing. Supporting handle has fork-like part that is connected to fork-like part of the casing through an axle. Controllable handle is mounted in the fork-like part of the casing. Control handle is connected to operation unit through another axle and to the supporting handle through another axle.
