<p>PURPOSE:To reduce noise in case of reproducing a bad linearity tape, etc., by transferring a magnetic tape so as to approximately equalize levels to each other which correspond to the beginning part and the ending part of a track of an envelope of a reproducing signal respectively at the time of reproducing a still. CONSTITUTION:For example, in case of reproducing the magnetic tape 1 in its stop like in the still reproducing time under a slow reproducing mode with intermittent feed, the magnetic tape 1 is transferred by controlling a capstan motor 11 in such a way that the levels corresponding to the beginning part and the ending part of the track of the envelope of the reproducing signal are equalized to each other. By this method, even at the time of reproducing the bad linearity magnetic tape, the occurrence of noise can excellently be reduced.</p> |
