PURPOSE:To enhance the tensile strength of a reinforcing cloth bent part, by applying a molding core body to the inside of a plurality of rubber lining reinforcing cloths or cords bent in a laminated state. CONSTITUTION:Molding core rods 2 each having an outer diameter dimension larger than the thickness of each of two raw rubber films 1, 1 are arranged along the side parts of the raw rubber films 1, 1 superposed through a release sheet or release agent and rubber lining reinforcing cloths 3, 3 are superposed on the upper and lower surfaces of the raw rubber films 1, 1 and the whole is put between rubber lining bent reinforcing cloths 4, 5 bent at a part A, and raw rubber films 6, 6, rubber lining reinforcing cloths 7, 7 and raw rubber films 8, 8 are further superposed above and below said cloths 4, 5 and a raw rubber string 9 is applied along the part A and the whole is pressed, vulcanized and molded to obtain a rubber film 10 being a product. In this rubber film 10, the bending curvatures of the bent reinforcing cloths 4, 5 at the part A being a bent shape part are prescribed by the molding core rod 2 and radius of curvature r1, r2 become large. |
