PURPOSE:To prevent the mixture of foreign matters with toner and toner leakage occurring due to vibration when it is transported and to facilitate scaling up its container by sealing an opening part by fitting the fitting projecting part of a toner container main body with the fitting recessed part of a cap. CONSTITUTION:The neck 1 of the toner container main body A is placed downward and is faced with the toner replenishing port 20 of a sort of electrostatic recorder. When the main body A is pushed, the edge of a locking projection 21 placed in the center of the replenishing port 20 enters a space 8 by spreading a hanging wall 5, and the projection 21 fits in with the space 8. When the main body A is further pushed, the periphery of an upper wall 3 bends, and the fitting of the fitting projecting part 2 with the fitting recessed part 6 is released to discharge the toner in the main body A to the replenishing port 20. When the main body A is pressed down up to the bottom of the replenishing port 20, the cap B is relatively lifted by the projection 21 to accelerate toner discharge. When the main body A is pulled up, the recessed part 6 fits in with the projecting part 2 to remove the collar 7 of the handing wall 5 out of a stepped part 22. Ultramately, the projection 21 slips off the space 8 to terminate the replenishment of the toner. |
