发明名称 FLEXIBLE PHOTOELECTRIC CONVERSION ELEMENT
摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce reflection by an irregular reflection or to increase light path length in a semiconductor layer for remarkable increasing photoelectric conversion efficiency by forming properly textured surfaces on a transparent electrode layer forming surface in a substrate of transparent polymer film. CONSTITUTION:A transparent polymer substrate is formed by a transparent polymer material with flexibility and electrical insulation properties. A textured construction is formed on a surface facing a transparent electrode layer in a transparent polymer substrate. For example, the textured surface is formed by the honing treatment where silicon carbide powder is uniformly sprayed over the entire surface of film and by performing etching treatment by dipping in a soda lye. If a transparent electrode layer is formed on a substrate surface where a textured part was produced, the textured surface is formed on the transparent electrode surface along the textured surface of the substrate to improve photoelectric conversion efficiency.
