PURPOSE:To enable an automatic and continuous coating of parts with a liquid material by having chucks, mainly holding circular parts, revolve while rotating and by supporting coating nozzles so as to have them move vertically and oscillate. CONSTITUTION:The first rotating table 9 supports chucks 2, mainly holding circular parts, so as to have them revolve around its axis while rotating. The second rotating table 9a rotates synchronistically with the table 9 and supports coating nozzle 5 so as to have them move vertically and oscillate. The first cam instrument 21 moves pushing rods 19 in the chucks 2 vertically, and the second and the third cam instruments, 10 and 27, moves vertically and oscillates the coating nozzles 5 interlocked with the movement of the cam instrument 21. It is possible, as a result, to coat the parts uniformly with a liquid material automatically and continuously. |
