An actuator for influencing the power of an internal combustion engine is disclosed, which has two throttle valves which are located in the same air intake path and can be influenced and pivoted independently of one another. The actuator combines both throttle valves in a common throttle valve connecting piece which is smaller in length than twice the diameter of the free cross-section of the throttle valve connecting piece.
