The invention relates to a device for the paired locking of reinforcement inserts in concrete parts, in particular a peripheral-tie-beam connection of prefabricated floor slabs, which, after completion, is covered with mortar from above and in the case of which a catch engages over locking bodies which are each fastened on the projecting reinforcement ends. In order to avoid the paired welding of the reinforcement inserts on site and to provide a device which can be easily produced and ensures reliable, favourable force transmission, the invention provides that the locking bodies are angled off and the catch comprises a tube into which the outer angle legs project, force-transmitting mortar being arranged between the outer angle legs and the tube casing surface located opposite these.
