PURPOSE:To secure the secret of stored contents by prohibiting the collation of second identifying information when the umber of the times of continuous inconsistency exceeds the number set beforehand when a first identifying information to identify a user is set in plural storing areas respectively and collating it with the second identifying information inputted from an input means. CONSTITUTION:The first identifying information to identify the user is set at the plural storing areas respectively, and it is collated with the second identifying information inputted from an input means 200. In such collation, when the number of the times of the continuous inconsistency, namely, the number of uncollated inputs exceeds the number set beforehand, the collation of the continuously inputted second identifying information is prohibited by a prohibiting means 500. Thus, a storing area can be prevented from being unjustly used or being used due to an erroneous input, and the secret of the stored contents of the respective storing areas can be secured. |
