<p>PURPOSE:To securely detect the projection part of the annular seal member by providing a guide rail which is arranged at a constant interval with an annular recessed groove, a moving part, a sensor which detects the annular seal member in the annular recessed groove. CONSTITUTION:The seal plate 31 which has the annular seal member 35 in the annular recessed groove 33 is held horizontally with the member 5 up by a supporting mechanism 37. Further, one support member 39 is freely movable between the side of a seal plate 31 and the opposite side from the seal plate 31 by a cylinder 43 operated by a controller. The nearly parallel plane guide rail 45 is arranged at a specific interval with the recessed groove 33 the moving part 47 is arranged on the rail 45, and the moving part 47 is freely movable along the rail 45 by a driving mechanism 49. A sensor 57 which detects whether or not there is the member 35 in the recessed groove 32 which is positioned below the recessed groove 33 is arranged above the recessed groove 33. This sensor 57 is fixed on the flank of an L-shaped blanket 59 and the other end of the blanket 59 is fixed to the moving part 47. A couple of photoelectric tubes 61 and 63 are arranged on both sides of the seat plate 31 and a marker 65 is arranged on a lengthwise straight line.</p> |
