<p>PURPOSE: To efficiently produce the subject glove by mutually piling interlock fabrics obtained by knitting using both a natural yarn and a synthetic yarn, cutting the piled fabrics into a hand shape, thermally fusing the peripheral parts and coating the outside of the glove with a rubber. CONSTITUTION: Interlock knitting is carried out by using both a natural yarn and a synthetic yarn to form an interlock fabric comprising one composed of a knitted fabric layer of the natural yarn and the other of a knitted layer of the synthetic yarn. Two sheets of the interlock fabrics are stacked in a mutually contact state of the knitted fabrics of the natural yarn and cut into a hand shape. Then the peripheral parts of the knitted fabrics of hand shape are thermally fused to give a glove, which is treated with a rubber latex or a similar liquid and the latex or the liquid is cured.</p> |
