PURPOSE: To improve reliability by causing one of partners being dissolved in a water-based liquid to be reacted with the other partner that is bound to the solid phase in covalent bonding under the presence of a compound indicated by a specific expression. CONSTITUTION: When causing one of partners being dissolved in a water-based liquid to react with the other partner that is bound to a solid phase in covalent bonding, the reaction expression is performed under the presence of a compound indicated by an expression (R: O, NH, or CH=CH-(CH2 )p-O, m: 3-26, n: 7-40, p: 5-15), where Latex particle in dispersed liquid shape is especially suited as a solid phase. Also, use of a reaction constituent in covalent bonding advantageously achieves a nonspecifical desorption of an adsorbed reaction constituent.
