PURPOSE:To oscillate the title capacitor laser device with a plurality of wavelength with a simple configuration by providing solid state laser materials less than the number of the wavelengths, excitation means resonance mirrors for the plurality of the wavelengths being different in positions of curvature centers thereof. CONSTITUTION:A light emitted from a semiconductor laser 100 is focused onto a YAG rod 120 through a focusing lens 110. Nd<3+> is excited by the laser light, and optical resonance states for the wavelengths of 946nm, 1064nm, and 1338nm are independently formed in the YAG rod 120 by exit mirrors 130a, b, c and the mirror surfaces 125b of the YAG rod 120, those mirrors forming population inversion. Hereby, the light of the wavelengths 946nm, 1064nm, and 1338nm are emitted from resonant beam positions 150a, b, c of the exit mirrors 130a, b, c. |
