<p>PURPOSE:To transfer a jig pallet efficiently by constituting a pallet transfer means by a magnetic lifting means and a driving means, and providing the jig pallet with a tightening member holding means, and further providing, in a wheel surrounding member assembling area, a tightening means capable of engaging with the above holding means below the pallet. CONSTITUTION:A jig pallet P is lifted by a magnetic lifting means A1, and the lifted jig pallet P is transferred by a driving means A2 to a wheel surrounding member assembling area, and a body and a wheel surrounding member X1 are fixed each other while operating a tightening holding means 5b by a tightening means 6 provided therein. Since the magnetically lifted jig pallet P is not given a large resistance for the movement in the transfer direction, when the inclination of the pallet P toward the transfer direction is restrained by a guide means which regulates the lateral movement of the pallet P, the load acting on the guide means and the pallet P is small. Thus, the deformation and damage of the pallet P can be restrained, and early wearing damage of the guide means can be avoided.</p> |
