<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the application of the title material and to improve the adhesion after application by mixing hard sand having specified grain size in a mixture of cement and blast-furnace slag to obtain the material. CONSTITUTION:From 60-70wt.% cement and 30-40wt.% blast-furnace slag are homogeneously mixed, and 0.8-1.5wt.% hard sand having <=1mm diameter is homogeneously added to the mixture to form mortar material. The mortar material can be easily produced, and can be easily applied. The surface strength after application is high, and the resistance to water and chemicals, weatherability, and durability are excellent. The mortar material is hardly released because of its high adhesion. In addition, when <=about 0.3%, based on the weight of the mixture of cement and blast-furnace slag, adhesive and <=0.7% tailing (powder on rock surface) are added to the mixture, the variance of the surface is controlled when the mortar is applied, the running of a trowel is improved, and the mortar is more easily applied.</p> |
